Loanhead Community Learning Centre

Loanhead Working Playing Learning Together Project

The log cabin build has progressed quickly from the ground-source heat receptors being put in place, followed by the foundations, the cabin exterior walls followed by interior room divisions. The roof timbers in place and then the roofing boards, the build has really taken shape in a relatively short space of time. The excavated top soil will be used for a children's discovery mound, with tunnels, paths, etc.

This has had a positive effect on all clients as they can really see the effects of all the fundraising and talk of the new project. They are all very enthusiastic and look forward to the day they can call it their own; whether it be to work, play, learn in it's fab!!
